Over the course of the year The Kokoda Challenge Association is fortunate to have the support of more than 300 volunteers. Volunteers are an integral part of the Kokoda Challenge Association and without the fantastic support of volunteers we wouldn’t be able to exist.
Volunteer roles are many and varied and we are always looking for more people to help out, particularly on the day of Kokoda Challenge events.
Volunteering is a rewarding way to help out a local charity and to get involved with a community.

Volunteering - Kokoda Challenge
Due to the success of the Kokoda Challenge Event and its huge popularity increase in the past few years, it is hard to imagine how we can operate the Kokoda Challenge for the entire weekend. It is only possible because of dedicated volunteers that come back and help year after year. With out their selfless contribution this life changing event wouldn't be able to exist.
2012 will not be any different, and now its your chance to experience the incredible sense of community that many of our volunteers experience whilst giving their time to our events. We are currently seeking volunteers for events in the lead up to The Kokoda Challenge, during The Kokoda Challenge and even after the event. If you think that you would be able to assist we would love to hear from you, whether you are a Bank Manager, Teacher, Cleaner or a Stay at home mother your skills will be put to good use.
We have three major events running in 2012, including The Kokoda Challenge (14-15 July), The Kokoda Challenge Brisbane (3 June) and the Kokoda Challenge Melbourne (28 October). If you would like to be a Volunteer in any shape or form, whether it be just for an hour or two, the whole day or for the whole weekend please fill out the Volunteer Application at the bottom of the page.
If you require any more information about volunteering or how to help out the Kokoda Challenge Association please feel free to email info@kokodachallenge.com or call our office on 5539 4141.
