
The Jim Stillman Cup 2012 - 14th - 15th July
***Registration opens March 1st, 2012 at 6am (Queensland time)**
Registrations Close on the 2nd of April!
- To register you will need to complete the online form and have the name, date of birth, phone number, address, shirt size and an emergency contact person (including phone number) of the team supervisor(adult/teacher) and at least two of the students in the team.
- Paying for your team - when registering you will have the option to either pay by credit card or we send you an invoice that is payable by cheque, transfer or cash within 7 working days

Fundraising payments must be received by Friday 22 June to secure the team's spot

You must be at least 13 years old to enter the Jim Stillman Cup

Registration costs $220 per team (inc GST) and the minimum fundraising contribution is $300 to the Kokoda Challenge Youth Program

Teams must consist of 4 students and 1 adult supervisor, normally a teacher or parent

There are 7 Checkpoints along the 48km course. Your Support Crew will give you food, water and much needed encouragement at two of the major Checkpoints. The remaining Checkpoints are manned by Kokoda Challenge Officials

The course starts at the halfway mark in the Kokoda Challenge at 12noon, in Numinbah Valley and travels through Beechmont and Clagiraba to reach the finish line in the Nerang Velodrome

There is a 39 hour time limit in honour of the 39th Militia, the first Australian Troops to step foot on the Kokoda Track. But Jim Stillman participants finish in an average time of 14 hours

This event is a great opportunity for students to build up to participating in the 96km Stan Bisset Cup in years to come

The event allows students and teachers to form bonds outside of the classroom
